When you join our Mink’s Monthly Catch Raw Seafood Club ($125) you'll gain access to fresh, sustainable seafood. Each month we curate a variety of high-quality raw seafood, including seasonal and fresh shellfish, fresh finfish, a house made seafood item, a tinned seafood item and accoutrements! We’ll provide Chef Cameron's favorite recipes for the items in your box so you can try out new flavors and recipes each month.
