100% Pinot Noir from Kimmeridgian limestone soils in Chavignol, sustainably farmed. Direct press, native yeast ferment in stainless steel, aged briefly on its fine lees.
 
This vintage is especially bright and linear—red citrus, crushed stone, and saline lift.
2022 Domaine Élodie Jaume Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cabrieres, Rhône, France
100% biodynamic Grenache from 60 year old vines grown in sandy soils. 100% destemmed, fermented for a month and aged 18 months in ovoid concrete. Unfined, unfiltered.
 
A satiny, no-sulfur Châteauneuf with classic flavors wrapped in a uniquely modern package.
